Preparing for Your Appointment To ensure a smooth and successful appointment, please make sure to wash, condition, detangle, and style your hair before arriving. This helps me give you the top-notch service you deserve! If your hair isn’t prepared as required, it may lead to additional costs or the need to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! The Do’s and Don’ts for Your Appointment DON’T show up with styles like ponytails, buns, twist-outs, roller-sets, perm-rod sets, or anything that alters your natural curl pattern. DON’T brush, pick, or comb your hair on the day of your appointment. DON’T use super sticky, greasy, or oily products like shea butter, coconut oil, or castor oil. DO cleanse, condition, fully detangle, and style your hair curly (with product) before your appointment. DO ensure your hair is dry. DO come ready to embrace and celebrate your natural curls! Cancellation Policy

Each appointment at Curl Alchemist is reserved with intention and prepared in advance. To respect this time, I require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Any appointment that is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time is considered a late cancellation and will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked to the card on file. This includes illness, emergencies, travel delays, and weather-related changes. Rescheduling inside the 48-hour window is not permitted as a substitute for cancellation; it is treated the same as a late cancellation. No-shows will be charged in full. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for honoring this boundary so I can continue providing elevated care for every client’s curl journey.
